Design: A double restriction-site associated DNA library (ddRAD) was generated at the University of Michigan. Genomic DNA was digested with the EcoRI and MspI restriction enzymes, and the resulting fragments were tagged with individual barcodes, PCR-amplified, multiplexed, and sequenced on a single lane on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. The data was demultiplexed using Ipyrad v. 0.9.57.
