We use four primers in 16 fecal samples collected at a communal roost of Vampyrum spectrum (Spectral Bat) in the Pacific Lowland Dry Forest of Nicaragua in 2017. Markers used follow ANML (Jusino et al., 2019), 12S (Klymus et al., 2017), 18S (Kounosu et al., 2019) and SFF (Walker et al., 2016, 2019).
