In this study, primary cells from the T. nigroviridis spleen were treated with rIFN-gamma1 and rIFN-gamma2. An Illumina deep-sequencing method was performed, and the differential expression of miRNAs was analyzed. This study provides basic knowledge regarding fish IFN-?-induced miRNAs.
