SRX17912495: genomic sequences of maize leaf
1 BGISEQ (MGISEQ-2000RS) run: 16.7M spots, 2.5G bases, 1.5Gb downloads

Design: Different maize genotypes were sown in the soil pots with natural soil with different fertilization regimes (control, low nitrogen, low phosphorus and drought) conditions for 4 weeks, and then the leaves were harvested. The genomic DNA was isolated and subjected to genotyping by target sequencing (Guo et al., 2019).

Study: Eco-evolutionary maize microbiome
show Abstracthide Abstract
Here, we comprehensively profiled 3,168 microbiome samples via 16S rRNA gene and ITS gene sequencing and determined whether the roots and rhizosphere of maize genotypes (genotyped by genotyping by target sequencing) establish beneficial associations with microbial traits protecting the plants specifically from abiotic stresses.
