SRX19839801: WGS of sugarcane factory bacterial isolate
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 675,464 spots, 405.3M bases, 195.3Mb downloads

Design: Isolates were inoculated into 10 mL MRS or TGY broth and grown at 28 C overnight with 250 rpm shaking for DNA extraction using a Zymo Quick-DNA Fungal/Bacterial Miniprep kit. The DNA was further purified with a Zymo Clean and Concentrator-5 kit to improve the purity. Approximately 2 g were submitted for sequencing by the Texas A&M AgriLife Research: Genomics and Bioinformatics Service. Barcoded libraries were prepared using a PerkinElmer NEXTFLEX Rapid XP DNA-Seq Kit HT, pooled, and sequenced on an Illumina Miseq platform with v3 chemistry for 2 x 300 bp reads.
