Design: DNA extracted from the clone was barcoded using the SQK-RBK110.96 barcoding kit, adapter-ligated, and multiplexed with approximately 20 other samples. Sequencing was performed on a MinION device using an R9.4.1 flow cell. The MinKNOW software facilitated both sequencing and automated demultiplexing of the DNA sequences.
