1 DNBSEQ (DNBSEQ-T7) run: 31.1M spots, 9.3G bases, 5.6Gb downloads

Design: Total RNA from the brain, liver, intestine, muscle, kidney, and testis tissues of Megalobrama amblycephala and Culter alburnus were isolated and purified according to TRIzol extraction method, respectively. After the RNA quality was assessed, mRNA-seq libraries were constructed according to the manufacturers instructions.
