Design: DNA extracted using Dneasy blood and tissue kit (Qiagen, CA, USA), and concentrations quantified using Qubit BR dsDNA assay kit (Life Technologies). 200 ng of DNA from each sample was used to prepare individually barcoded libraries with 550bp insert size following TruSeq Nano DNA Library Prep kit Protocol (Illumina, California, USA).
