show Abstracthide AbstractmRNA-Seq libraries were sequenced from Drosophila mojavensis (Santa Catalina Island population, California, USA) samples after acclimation treatments performed in the parental and F1 generations, with three biological replicates. The acclimation treatment for larval samples was 36 Celsius/36 hrs, while adult females were exposed to 36 Celsius/24 hrs, compared to samples at 25 Celsius. By sequencing transcriptomes from these samples, we characterized genome-wide differential gene expression due to parental and offspring acclimation.
