show Abstracthide Abstract
The genome sequences and analysis of wild and domestic bactrian camels. Bactrian camels, or two-humped camels (Camelus bactrianus), are large and charismatic animals, providing important production and transportation tools for people of cold desert regions in China and Mongolia. The genomic information will serve a critical need and trigger research, conservation and utilization in the camel family.
