show Abstracthide AbstractDenitrifying strain Bacillus velezensis C1-3 isolated from M. aquaticum CWs could be combined with anaerobic ammonia oxidant to establish partial denitrification fastly. The phenomenon of nitrite accumulation by strain C1-3 would be explained at the genetic level. To determine the level of the denitrification gene of it, whole genome sequencing techniques were used. Second generation high quality sequencing yielded total reads 10,152,116, total bases 1,522,817,400 bp, HQ Reads 10,036,732 and HQ Data 1,491,385,805 bp, with HQ Reads of 98.86%. The total sequence number obtained from triple sequencing was 128,677 with an N rate of 0. The total sequence length was 1,228,724,181 bp with a GC content of 45.31%. After sequence splicing, the total length of strain C1-3 was 3,973,996 bp, GC content was 46.52% and the seq type was cyclic.
