SRX10458626: WGS of Bradypus variegatus
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 174.2M spots, 87.1G bases, 49.7Gb downloads

Design: Fragmented samples underwent SPRI double-size selection (0.55, 0.7 f) followed by PCR-free Illumina library construction following the manufacturers instructions (Kapa no. KK8232) using PCR-free adapters from Illumina (no. FC-121-3001). Final library fragment size distribution was determined on Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer with High Sensitivity DNA Chips. Paired-end libraries were pooled, and then sequenced on a single lane of the Illumina HiSeq2500, set for Version 2 chemistry and 2250-bp reads.
