Design: Nucleic acid extraction was performed automatically using the QIASymphony Virus dsp pathogen kitand 200l primary material. RNA Illumina NGS libraries were prepared from each sample usingSMARTer Stranded Total RNA-Seq Kit v2 - Pico Input Mammalian (Takara Bio Europe, Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France). All libraries were multiplex-sequenced on an Illumina NextSeq or MiSeqinstrument (300 cycles, PE protocol).
