SRX14918970: WGS Sequencing of Tinamus major serratus
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 147.4M spots, 43.6G bases, 13.8Gb downloads

Design: Construction of libraries and sequencing on Illumina instruments were performed at the Roy J. Carver Biotechnology Center at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Submitted by: University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
Study: Phylogenomics of tinamous
show Abstracthide Abstract
Tinamous are an ancient group of ground-dwelling birds distributed throughout the Neotropics. This project leverages whole genome sequencing reads to reconstruct a species-level phylogenetic tree for these birds based on thousands of ortholog gene sequences.
