SRX5305313: Whole genome sequencing of Bacillus subtilis CW14
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 10M spots, 3G bases, 1Gb downloads

Design: The DNA samples that passed by electrophoresis were randomly broken into fragments of about 350 bp or 6 kbp by a Covaris sonicator. For 6 kbp large fragment libraries, DNA fragments need to be circularized, and randomly broken into fragments of about 350 bp. The sequences on both sides of the circularized primers are captured by probes for subsequent DNA library construction.
