Fusarium oxysporum, isolated from plastic-contaminated river sediment, was selected due to its growth on agar plates with Impranil DLN-SD. The secretome of this strain exhibited the ability to degrade ether-based polyurethane. To further investigate its biodegradation potential, whole genome sequencing was conducted to identify enzymes associated with this ability.
