SRX275876: Trifolium pratense variety Tatra genome sequencing
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 121.8M spots, 22.4G bases, 9.4Gb downloads

Design: A paired-end genomic DNA library was constructed by IGA Technology Services (Udine, Italy) with a TruSeq DNA-seq kit. Clusters were generated on a flowcell by cBot, and the library was run on HiSeq2000 using a standard Illumina sequencing workflow.

show Abstracthide Abstract
Trifolium pratense belongs to Fabaceae family. It is widely used in agriculture as important forage plant and green manure. Current project is based on sequencing of its genome and developing suitable DNA markers to improve breeding of traits of interest.
Sample: Trifolium pratense var. Tatra
