Bone-only metastases or bone with lung metastasesPreoperative chemotherapy followed by surgery to remove the primary tumor and all metastatic disease (usually lungs) followed by postoperative combination chemotherapy.

Recurrent osteosarcoma and MFH of bone:Surgery to remove all sites of metastatic disease.
