Stage TNM Description
IIIT1, T2, T3, or T4; N1; M0T1, T2, T3, or T4 = See Stage IV Neuroendocrine Tumors of the Appendix below in Table 17.
N1 = Regional lymph node metastasis.
M0 = No distant metastasis.
T4, N0, M0T4 = Tumor perforates the peritoneum or directly invades other adjacent organs or structures (excluding direct mural extension to adjacent subserosa of adjacent bowel), e.g., abdominal wall and skeletal muscle.
N0 = No regional lymph node metastasis.
M0 = No distant metastasis.

T = primary tumor; N = regional lymph nodes; M = distant metastasis.
