NCode Multi-Species miRNA V2 probeset (Invitrogen, cat. # MIRMPS2-01) was printed on Nexterion epoxy E slides (Schott) by following manufacturer’s recommendations. The probeset contains a number of internal and negative control probes and includes 1,140 oligonucleotides that target all of the known mature miRNAs in the Sanger miRBase Sequence Database, Release 9.0 complementary to C. elegans, Drosophila, zebrafish, mouse, rat, and human miRNAs.
