385K-format:3 replicates of up to 13 probes per gene, 60 mer oligonucleotides, 3510 randomized sequence probes The array includes probes for Porphyromonas gingivalis W83, Fusobacterium nucleatum DSMZ 25586, Streptococcus sanguinis SK36, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans HK1651, and Streptococcus mutans UA159. The probes for all of these organisms are represented in the supplemental files '080319_BK_mixed_bact_expr.ndf' and '080319_BK_mixed_bact_expr.ngd'. However, the Platform table includes probes only for Streptococcus sanguinis SK36.
