Data table header descriptions
ID Identifier. 1-460 represent the first individual incubation chamber for sample set 1, while the other encompasses 461 to 920. Starting from 921, the second epitope mapping set (4 proteins) is given, with 921 to 1700 representing the first incubation chamber and 1701 to 2480 the second chamber on each slide. Due to different spotting layouts, for the second subset, 4 subarrays make up one chamber, while in the first set, each block represents an individual chamber as well.
Block Subarray on the slide (identical to incubation compartment for subset1). Sample Subset 2 (S2_) encompasses 4 blocks or subarrays in one incubation compartment.
