Description Probes on the array are based on the hCMV TB40E sequence (NCBI GenBank: EF999921)
Both strands of the hCMV TB40E genome sequence (NCBI GenBank: EF999921) are tiled identically across each subarray at ~7 bp resolution and >99% coverage using 32,562 overlapping isothermal 50–60mer oligonucleotide probes (OID19196). The remaining space (6,876 probes) is filled with random and standard quality control probes.
