Manufacture protocol A total of 380 genes related with apoptosis were arrayed. These included controls for detection of differences at gene expression levels in some of the very important apoptotic biomarkers. For arraying AROSTM apoptosis gene set was utilized for customized arraying essentially utilizing the MICROARRAY PROCEDURES USED AT OPERON* on Ultragap slides (Corning). Spotted microarray slides were stored at room temperature in a dry, dust free environment protected from light.
