Description The arrays used in this study came from a commercially available source, Antigen Discovery Inc. (Irvine, CA). It features 500 Plasmodium falciparum and 500 P. vivax ORFs spotted as in vitro rapid translation/transcription (IVTT) reactions, and some additional purified proteins, onto nitrocellulose-coated slides. Multiple spots consisting of reactions lacking plasmid templates ('no DNA' controls) are present on each array and used for data normalization. The array is called PfPv500 version1.
