Dendron-modified glass slides (NSB27 NHS Slide) were preparedby using a standard (1 x 3) glass slide (Schott NEXTERION Glass B, ultrasonically cleaned, #1055132).). The slides were purchased (NSB POSTECH, Korea) and used for the phosphokinase antibody array. Antibodies in a printing buffer (0.01%BSA, 0.01% Tween 20, 0.5% glycerol in 1X PBS buffer (pH 8.5)) were spotted on the NHS-activated NSB27 slides by Genetix QArray-Mini microarray spotter. After the printing, the printed slides were incubated in a 70~85% humidified chamber for 5~12 hrs and then washed in 1XPBST (Sigma P3563-10PAK) and subsequently in 1X PBS (Sigma P4417-100TAB). Any chance of the printed slides getting dried in the process of washing was avoided.
