The DNA chips were manufactured at the Biochip platform of Toulouse?Genopole on _ultragaps__ (corning microarray products)_using 70-mer oligonucleotides representing c. 99% of the yeast genome purchased from Operon Inc. _(oligo-set-yeast_V1.1.3) Oligo sequences of the Yeast Genome Oligo Set V1.1 were BLAST against orf_coding.fasta (Dec 17, 2003) downloaded from the SGD. Mapping to the current annotation is based on the BLAST results above. If the oligo has greater than 97% identity to a ORF sequence and the matched ORF name is the same as original ORF name used for oligo design, the oligo represents the new matched ORF. Information in this genelist has been populated using chromosomal_feature.tab (Jan 10, 2004) file of the SGD.
