Description The Panorama Human Cytokine Gene Array is a comprehensive collection of arrayed genes encoding cytokines, chemokines, their receptors and other related immunoregulatory factors. The array consists of 375 cytokine and immuno-regulatory genes that are spotted in duplicate onto a positively charged nylon membrane. Each spot consists of 10 ng of PCR-amplified coding sequence derived from sequence-verified human cDNA clones. The gene arrays are 12 x 8 cm in size.
