PCR products resuspended in resuspended to an average concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg µl-1 in 20 µl of 50% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) containing 0.3× Saline-Sodium Citrate (SSC). Spotted on Corning barcoded UltraGAPS slides using a GeneMachine Accent printer with ChipMaker pins.
