Native array description file: 100610_GM_FY_EXP.ngd
44k cDNAs were used (26k assembled EST contigs and 18 singletons from the cod genome sequencing consortium; see The genome sequence of Atlantic cod reveals a unique immune system Starr et al., 2011; Nature 477:207 [PMID 21832995]). Three 60mer probes were prepared for each cDNA sequence, 125826 cod probes in total. The array contains 137604 features, including 11779 Nimblegen control probes.
The supplementary file 'cDNA_seqs.txt' contains all cDNA sequences used in the design of the probes.
