Description A dataset of 76,851 quality-filtered predicted unigenes were submitted for probe design and production of the high-density microarray. Two oligoprobes were selected for each sequence, one on the sense strand and one on the anti-sense strand, based on highest hybridization specicifity. The chip contains a total of 153,702 probes for sense and antisense predicted coding genes, microRNA genes and transposable elements.
