Description 4x16 print groups, 24rows x 20 cols per print-tip group. Platform contains single copy of the CompuGen Mouse OligoLibrary v2.0 (IDs start with CGEN), plus a in house produced control plate (IDs start with AMC). This spotting layout is version 3.0, and is similar (identical) to version 1.0. The last few columns of this description also contain positions of a given spot in the previous layout (version 2.1). this was unique for the CompuGen library, but not for all control spots. The control plate spotted twice in this layout (last 16 rows of col 1 in each block), but only once in the version 2.1 layout (in the last 8 rows of col 1 in each block)).
