This oligonucleotide array is produced from the Operon Version 1.0 Array-Ready Oligo set (AROS). The Arabidopsis V1.0 AROS is designed from UniGene Build At. #4 (www.operon.com). This set comprises 26,000 oligonucleotides. Additional elements are printed as controls. This platform represents slides AtOligo 3.1.2.1-AtOligo 3.1.2.100 and AtOligo 3.2.2.1-AtOligo 3.2.2.100 (http://www.ag.arizona.edu/microarray ).
