Microarrays were spotted on UltraGAPS II slides (Corning) using an OmniGrid 100 microarrayer (GeneMachines). After spotting, arrays were baked at 80°C for 2 hours, cross-linked at 300 mJ in a UV Stratalinker 2400 (Stratagene), and stored under vacuum. Hybridizations were conducted at 42°C for 15 hours using the Lucidea SlidePro automated hybridization machine (Amersham Biosciences). Described in A-MEXP-217.mageml.tgz
