Manufacture protocol The Escherichia coli O157:H7 EDL933 microarray consists of PCR products (100-500 bp) spotted to Corning UltraGAPS™ substrates. Each probe was printed in duplicate, in non-adjacent spots to reduce non-uniform substrate errors in replicated probes. The array consisted of 48 subarrays, with a 15-column x 15-row configuration.
