1. About 300 bp of cDNA are amplified for each gene, purified, and resuspended to 0.1 ug/ul dH2O. The 5'-end of primer used with amplification is labeled with amino residue. 2. Add equal volume of the spotting buffer to the cDNA solution. 3. Spot to TaKaRa-Hubble Slide Glass. 4. After the print run is completed, process the fixation protocol of the glass.
