Description NimbleGen design name 2007-08-29_ICHTTPF_JA_EXPR, NimbleGen design ID 6612. The probe design strategy was to create 60 base pair (60-mer) oligonucleotide probes, including 12 60-mer oligos per I. multifiliis sequence, and 10 60-mer oligos for both T. thermophila and P. falciparum sequences (PM/MM) per gene. The design includes control probes.
