Summary Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) on total RNA of wild type (WT) and Y41F mutant. The goal of this study is to compare the transcriptome profile of Y41F mutant to WT cells.
 
Overall design The transcriptome profile of log phase WT and Y41F cells were generated by RNA-seq, induplicate, using Illumina HiSeq 2000
