Title |
Characterization of miRNomes in two mouse Embryonic Stem Cell lines subjected to differentiation |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We used high throughput miRNA sequencing to investigate differences between two mESC lines (D3 and B8 ESCs). Undifferentiated ESCs, cells differentiating in embryoid bodies (day 7), and also cells from embryoid bodies outgrowth (day 21) were analyzed.

|
Overall design |
ESCs of both cell lines were differentiated in medium containing e.g. retinoic acid, insulin, transferrin, selen and N2 supplement.
