Title Sequencing of Nothobranchius fuzeri (strain: line 4010; Tg(mylz2:egfp,tfam)) liver after physical exercise
Organism Nothobranchius furzeri
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Comparison of gene expression profiles from Nothobranchius furzeri (strain: line 4010; Tg(mylz2:egfp,tfam)) liver of animals with and without physical exercise. For physical exercise, fish were placed in swim-tunnel for 4 weeks and were swimming 6 times per day for 5 min duration (water velocity 14 cm/s). The RNA-seq data comprise 2 groups, one with and one without physical exercise (swim-tunnel).
