Title Transcriptome profiling of A2M treated A549 Cell Line Samples
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The goal of the study was to identify changes in transcriptome expressions upon treatment of A549 cell line samples with activated A2M.

Overall design Sixteen A549 cell cultures divided into eight pairs were prepared. Each pair consisting of one A2M* treated and one untreated culture. Five samples could not be adequately quantified and subsequently needed to be excluded from downstream sequencing.
