Title |
Genome-wide profiling at single-nucleotide resolution of brain cell types in schizophrenia [WGBS] |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Methylation profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We carried out cell-type specific whole genome bisulfite sequencing from BA46 that underwent fluorescence-activated nuclei sorting (FANS).
|
|
|
Overall design |
We sampled 61 unique individuals, 29 schizophrenia patients and 32 control, and isolated NeuN+ and OLIG2+ cells from brain tissue (BA46). We generated 95 WGBS as well as whole-genome sequences of 54 individuals. This series contains only the WGBS data.
