Title Identifying lncRNA-MM2P as a novel modulator of macrophage M2 polarization

Summary By utilizing a series of specific modulating M2 macrophages polarization models, 1556 up-regulated and 953 down-regulated genes were found during the polarization process.
 
Overall design To screen for the functional lncRNAs involved in macrophages M2 polarization, we utilized the cellular model of IL13-driven macrophage M2 polarization. The time course samples (0, 24, 48 and 72 h) of RAW264.7 cells were harvested after stimulating with IL13 (10 ng/mL).
