Title Global transcriptom of 3 Atlantic cod larval stages in response to increased pCO2 compared to ambient pCO2
Organism Gadus morhua
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report on differences in the transcriptome of larvea of Gadus morhua at age 6,13 and 36 days post hatch after exposure to predicted end-of-centrury pCO2 levels during embryonic and larval stage. Number of DE genes increases with age. At 6 and 13 dph, 3 and 16 genes are DE, while 1314 are DE at 36dph, most likely caused by divergent development in response to increased pCO2

Overall design 8 biological replicates for each of the 2 pCO2 treatments (ambient and high) and sampling point (6,13 and 36 dph)
