Summary We analyze the difference between ETX-side1 cells and ETX-side2 cells. Side1 cells are associated with the anterior domain of the natural embryo, side2 cells are associated with the posterior domain of natural embryo.
 
Overall design Examination of gene expression patterns of cells selected from different domains of 3 individual ETX-embryo (individuals labelled as A, B, C).
