Title |
Effect of TUC338 knockdown on gene expression |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
The ultraconserved RNA TUC338 is expressed in hepatocellular cancer and can modulate cell proliferation. Details are provided in Braconi et al,Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2011 Jan 11;108(2):786-91. In this analysis, we knocked down TUC338 in HepG2 cells and analyzed gene expression.

Overall design |
2 conditions were analyzed, cells with control LNA, and cells with LNA to TUC338, with experimentally validated knockdown
