Title Profiling the DNA methylation pattern in naïve induced Pluripotent Stem cells and somatic cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Methylation profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We analysed by Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing (RRBS) the genome methylation pattern in human fibroblast and in naïve induced pluripoent stem cells (niPSCs)

Overall design Three different fibroblast lines were reprogrammed to naïve pluripotency by transfection of modified messanger RNAs in microfluidics. Five niPSC lines have been generated and expanded under standard conditions before profiling by RBBS. An isogenic primed iPSC line (HPD00) has been also generated and analysed, as well as a naive PSC line (H9 Reset NK2), obtained by expression of NANOG-KLF2 transgenes in H9 primed hESCs.
We analyze 10 samples (human fibroblast and niPSCs) by RRBS (BioProject PRJNA381757).
