Title |
Real-time quantitative PCR analysis of human cardiovascular progenitor cells flown aboard the International Space Station [miRNA] |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Other
|
Summary |
Adult and neonatal human cardiovacular progenitor cell clonal populations were flown aboard the ISS for 12 days prior to fixation in RNAProtect, total RNA purification, and microRNA expression analysis against clone-, patient-, and passage-matched ground control samples.

Overall design |
qPCR microRNA expression profiling. Human CPCs from three neonates and three adults were individually cultured on the ground or aboard the ISS.
