Title Real-time quantitative PCR analysis of human cardiovascular progenitor cells flown aboard the International Space Station [conventional RT-PCR]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by RT-PCR
Other
Summary Adult and neonatal human cardiovacular progenitor cell clonal populations were flown aboard the ISS for 12 days prior to fixation in RNAprotect. Gene expression analysis was performed against clone- and passage-matched ground control samples.

Overall design qPCR gene expression profiling. Human CPCs from three neonates and three adults were individually cultured on the ground or aboard the ISS. Three measurements were taken per sample. All measurements are included in the supplementary files.
