Title Treatment of Bone Marrow derived Macrophages with Immune complex

Summary Murine bone marrow derived macrophages were treated with Immne complex for 4 hours after which transcriptional changes were assessed by microarray.
 
Overall design BMDM's were derived from 3 separate mice. The cells from each mouse were split, half were stimulated with Ova immune complex for 4 or 14 hours and half were left in normal media for further culture.
